ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way. Please check your spam folder as this email usually contains valuable tracking information, especillay for international orders. 

We usually cannot make changes to your order after it is placed, but please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.


STORE PICKUP / GOJEK PICKUP
We are proud to now offer in-store pickup at all of our shop locations (Ubud, Sanur, Uluwatu, Gili T, and Gili Air). Please proved your WA number at checkout so we can contact you when your order is ready!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to most countries. If you do not see your country available, please message us for shipping inquires.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days using EMS or POS EXSPOR. 

******Due to high customer demand, we include "Regular International" shipping as an affordable option. However, we do not recommend this option as it does not include real-time tracking and delivery times often exceed estimated delivery dates. Sometimes items may be rejected by customs. By selecting this option at check out you are taking full financial responsibility for your order if it is lost, damaged, or returned to Indonesia from customs (in which you will be either be responsible for re-shipping costs or re-stocking fees). While we will do our best to help you in such circumstances, we will not be responsible for your items in any way.

Not all shipping options will be available to all countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Packages returned due to refusal or inability to pay taxes or fees in your country will not be available for full refund due to shipping costs, platform processing fees, and labor and packaging costs. 

We are not responsible for your local post office if they are unable to reach you for delivery. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs or any other cause of delay due to the carrier or global happenings (ie COVID pandemic).


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. Certain items are not available for refund due to sanitation laws (ie earrings).

An unboxing video is required for refund requests for damaged goods on arrival. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yinjewelryforthesoul.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
